22nd anniversary of demise of Imam Khomeini, founder of Islamic Revolution, was commemorated Saturday evening in Prague. A group of Iranians and non-Iranians as well as the members of Iran’s embassy in Prague attended the ceremony.
Iran’s Charge d’Affaires in Prague Majid Ramezani addressed the attendants and expounded on the Islamic and religious nature of Imam Khomeini’s movement.
Ramezani also referred to the current uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa and discussed the effects of Imam Khomeini’s leadership in the victory of Islamic Revolution.
